MyIVF Clinic North Lakes will close on 30 April 2020. All future fertility consultations and treatments will be provided by Monash IVF Auchenflower, located at the Wesley Hospital.

If you are/were a patient of MyIVF, we understand that the transition to Monash IVF may be unsettling. To help alleviate some of this stress, as part of the transition to Monash IVF, we are offering MyIVF patients and/or your partner a bulk billed consultation with a Monash IVF Fertility Specialist to discuss treatment options suitable. This bulk billed consultation is valid for 2 years from 30 April 2020. Additionally, we are committed to you as a new Monash IVF patient and should you require treatment before the 31 December 2020, we will provide the IVF cycle at MyIVF prices (please note that additional treatments such as donor or PGT which are not provided by MyIVF will not be included in this price).

If you are/were a patient of MyIVF and have stored egg or sperm (gametes) and embryos, these will be safely relocated to Monash IVF in Auchenflower. There will be no transport or handling fees charged. Storage fees will be the same as MyIVF clinic for up to 2 years from 30 April 2020.
